| BATTERY CHARGER
Battery chargers are standard equipment with PaceSaver Passport and are a heavy duty, 24 volt 3 amp constant sampling charger specially manufactured for Leisure-Lift. It also features a circuit to disable the scooter when charging. BATTERIES Pacesavers are designed to utilize size U- I sealed deep cycle type batteries. These batteries, supplied by your dealer, may be purchased from Leisure-Lift or supplied b a local source. Leisure Lift only provides warranty cover ale on ifs own batteries. Because they are 24 volts PaceSavers require Two (2) batteries. Please Note: All batteries require some form of maintenance. Deep cycle batteries must be kept charged? Batteries left for some time without using and/or charging will go bad. DISASSEMBLES FOR TRAVEL The PaceSaver Passport utilizes a method of separation so unique it's been granted a U.S. Patent? That means a simpler disassembly and the unit can be "broken down" into separate lightweight pieces for easy transport. Those pieces are Seat section, Batteries, Base and Steering tiller, Rear cover, and the Rear wheel drive unit. The Rear wheel drive unit separates from the base by the easy removal of one pull pin. LIMITED WARRANTY The PaceSavers come with a THREE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY on the Main Frame components (see your dealer for details), and a ONE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY for parts and workmanship covering virtually all the internal components. And that includes our sophisticated "State of the Art" electronics. See the warranty included to the PaceSaver owners manual for specifics. -Batteries are not part of this warranty.-
